Frantic last minute debugging.

We had to do a lot of frantic last minute debugging this morning. We had written a load of scripts to automatically start the control system and iridium telemetry program and a second script checks they are still running and restarts them if they aren’t. We’d tested these scripts on another Gumstix yesterday but hadn’t had a chance to do a full test with the real control system. In the end it turned out that the boot script tries to run the both programs from a different directory to where they normally start and they both had relative paths to files they needed which caused them to exit. It took us over an hour to solve this, while a growing group of people came to ask about the boat and the driver of the RIB got ready and then had to wait.
